For questions about privacy, data handling, consent or privacy rights, you may use the same contact address and include "Privacy" in the subject line.

If you believe a calculation, reference, source link or explanatory statement is inaccurate or out of date, please tell us which page or tool you are referring to and, where possible, include the relevant source or official reference.

CrewDash is an independent NoraDash resource. NoraDash cannot provide official airline recruitment decisions, medical clearance or confirmation of an airline's current eligibility requirements. For official requirements, contact the relevant airline, employer, medical authority or regulator directly.

If a NoraDash tool is not working as expected, please include the tool name, device/browser used and a short description of the issue. A screenshot may be helpful, but please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive or personal information.

NoraDash aims to review legitimate enquiries, but response times may vary. Sending a message does not create a professional, medical, legal, recruitment or advisory relationship.

NoraDash is not an emergency service. For urgent medical or safety concerns, use the appropriate local professional or emergency service.
