These Terms of Use apply when you access or use NoraDash.com, CrewDash, and other tools, pages, features or content made available through NoraDash. By using NoraDash, you agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

NoraDash provides digital tools, calculators, informational content and practical guidance designed to help users obtain clear and useful results. CrewDash is a specialist NoraDash collection that may include tools and information relevant to cabin crew candidates and aviation-related use cases. NoraDash may add, change, improve, suspend or remove tools and features over time.

NoraDash tools and content are provided for informational and educational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, NoraDash does not provide medical, legal, financial, recruitment or other regulated professional advice. Results generated by a tool should be considered together with the limitations, methodology and contextual information presented with that tool.

The CrewDash BMI Calculator is intended for adults aged 18 and over and uses standard adult BMI calculations and reference categories. BMI is a screening and reference measure. It does not directly measure body fat, fitness, health status, medical suitability or physical capability. CrewDash candidate guidance is separate from standard BMI classification. It is provided as general informational context and is not an official airline standard, medical determination, recruitment decision or guarantee of eligibility. Airline requirements, medical standards and recruitment criteria may differ between organizations, locations and time periods.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into NoraDash tools and for how you choose to use or interpret the resulting information. You should not rely on a NoraDash result as the sole basis for an important medical, professional, recruitment, legal, financial or safety decision. Where a result raises a health concern or appears unexpected, you should consider seeking advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

You may use NoraDash for lawful personal, educational and professional reference purposes. You may share links to publicly available NoraDash pages and tools. You may not use NoraDash in a way that interferes with the service, attempts to bypass security or technical controls, or imposes an unreasonable load on the platform.

Public search engines and other legitimate discovery services may access NoraDash in accordance with NoraDash's published crawler and robots instructions. You may not systematically scrape, reproduce, republish, resell or create a competing copy of NoraDash content, design, datasets or tools without permission where such activity exceeds applicable legal rights. Do not frame or embed the full NoraDash website in another website in a way that could mislead users about the source of the service. If NoraDash provides an official embeddable version of a tool, that version may be used in accordance with the instructions and conditions supplied with it.

Unless otherwise indicated, NoraDash branding, interface design, original written content, tool presentation, software and other original materials are owned by or licensed for use by NoraDash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, publications, standards and linked resources remain the property of their respective owners. References to airlines, organizations or third-party sources do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

NoraDash may link to external websites, publications, videos or services for additional context or reference. NoraDash does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy, terms or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

NoraDash may display advertising or use third-party advertising services to support free access to its tools and content. The presence of an advertisement does not mean NoraDash endorses the advertised product, service or advertiser. Advertising availability, placement and delivery may vary by page, region, device, consent status and advertising provider.

NoraDash aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee that the website, any tool or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. NoraDash may update calculations, interfaces, guidance, links, sources or technical infrastructure when appropriate. Where methodology or reference standards materially change, NoraDash may update related content without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoraDash is provided on an 'as available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. NoraDash aims to use reasonable care in presenting calculations and information, but no digital tool can guarantee that every result, external source or piece of content will always be complete, current or appropriate for every individual situation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoraDash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on NoraDash tools, content or external links. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Use of NoraDash is also subject to the NoraDash Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed in connection with the website, product analytics, local preferences, advertising and communications.

NoraDash may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, security, intellectual property, service availability or compliance with applicable law. This may include action against abusive automated traffic, attempts to compromise the service, fraudulent activity or other material misuse.

NoraDash may update these Terms as the platform develops, new tools or services are introduced, or legal and operational requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of NoraDash after updated Terms become effective means that the updated Terms apply to subsequent use of the service.

These Terms are intended to operate together with applicable law and do not remove any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because NoraDash is available internationally, certain legal rights and obligations may vary depending on the user's location.
