NoraDash respects your privacy and is designed to collect as little personal information as reasonably necessary to provide, improve and protect our tools and services. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use NoraDash.com and its tools, including CrewDash.

Some NoraDash tools require information in order to perform a calculation or provide a result. For example, the CrewDash BMI Calculator may ask you to enter your height and weight. These measurements are used in your browser to calculate your result. NoraDash does not intentionally store or transmit your exact height, exact weight or exact BMI result to its product analytics system. Where a tool offers an optional demographic field, such as an optional sex selection, providing that information is voluntary. It is not required to use the BMI Calculator and does not change the standard adult BMI formula or thresholds.

NoraDash may collect limited, privacy-minimized usage information to understand how its tools are used and to improve their performance and usefulness. • the NoraDash tool or page used • whether a calculation was completed • a broad BMI category, such as underweight, healthy weight, overweight or obesity • a broad CrewDash guidance state, such as below, within or above the CrewDash guidance range • measurement-unit combinations selected • language or locale • general device or browser category • optional sex selection, if voluntarily provided • interactions such as opening an explanation, Crew Check guidance or an external resource • broad geographic information where appropriate and permitted

NoraDash is designed so that its product analytics do not intentionally record exact height, exact weight, exact BMI, names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, or persistent cross-session user profiles as analytics events. NoraDash currently uses Cloudflare infrastructure and may use Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for privacy-minimized aggregate product analytics. Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may necessarily process technical information such as IP addresses, request information and security signals when delivering or protecting the website. Such processing is separate from the limited product analytics events NoraDash chooses to record.

NoraDash may use advertising services such as Google AdSense to support free access to its tools and content. When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers or similar technologies to provide, measure and protect advertising. Google may also process information in accordance with its own privacy policies and advertising technologies. NoraDash will not intentionally provide your exact height, exact weight, exact BMI result or CrewDash calculation details to Google for personalized advertising. Where required by applicable law, NoraDash will request appropriate consent before advertising technologies that require consent are activated. For visitors in regions where Google requires an approved consent-management solution, NoraDash intends to use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform before serving advertising that requires such consent. Advertising may not be active on every NoraDash page or at all times.

NoraDash itself aims to minimize the use of cookies. Some essential functionality, preferences, security services, consent-management systems or third-party services may use cookies or similar browser technologies. If Google advertising is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and other advertising functions. Where consent is legally required, visitors will be given appropriate choices before relevant non-essential technologies are used.

NoraDash may link to trusted third-party websites, research sources, videos or other resources. Once you leave NoraDash, the privacy practices of the destination website apply. NoraDash does not control the privacy practices or content of external websites.

If you contact NoraDash by email, the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message, will be processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Contact information submitted directly by email is separate from anonymous or aggregate product analytics.

NoraDash tools are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a specific tool is designed for adults, such as the current CrewDash adult BMI Calculator, this will be stated on the relevant tool. The CrewDash BMI Calculator is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

NoraDash does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate, secure, measure or monetize NoraDash, such as website infrastructure, security, analytics, consent-management and advertising providers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights or integrity of NoraDash and its users.

NoraDash aims to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. Privacy-minimized analytics are designed primarily for aggregate product analysis rather than tracking individual visitors. Messages sent directly to NoraDash may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records or address legitimate business or legal requirements.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing. NoraDash uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the website and information processed through it. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

NoraDash is available internationally. Website infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than the country from which you access NoraDash. Where required, applicable safeguards and consent mechanisms should be used in connection with such processing.
